Timothy is in the middle of the addition to his sewing shop. He is on a time crunch; the inspectors are going to make an impromptu visit to see if his shop is nice enough and big enough for a classroom as well as the physical shop. He does not know when they are coming but they said it would be soon. Timothy has not yet harvested his crops so he does not have a lot of extra money; he is managing with what he has. We decided to make a donation to the cause. He is such a hard worker and we want to see him succeed! We bought part of the roofing sheets that he needed and part of the lumber. He was so happy and grateful for the help. He knows the money did not actually come from us but from those of you who give us money for “Whatever comes up!” Our thanks go out to all of you for the love, prayers and support!
Steve is still working on the Social Welfare report. Hopefully he will finish it in a few days so I can edit it. Fun stuff!
Right now, he is out in the back field installing a new security light. The lights are disposable so when one goes out you have to pull the whole thing down and wire in a new one. He had been out there so long that Skeeter and I got worried about him and went to check to make sure that he had not fallen off the ladder or got shocked. I almost said got “electrocuted” but our son said that you cannot be electrocuted unless it causes you to die; otherwise, it is just being shocked! I have no idea if that is true or not but it sounds more impressive to say “I was electrocuted!” rather than, “I was shocked!”
I thought today was market day but I was mistaken; we went to the market but there was very little activity in the market. I called Zorash and she said market day is tomorrow. We turned around and came back to the mission house; I needed to see the vendors that bring new vegetables into the market from the farms on market day. Maybe we will have time tomorrow after we get back from the village.
Take care and enjoy your day!

The Monkeyshines
Mom moved my leash all over the yard this morning trying to find a place where she could screw it in so that I could not get tangled up in the trees. She does not mind if I can climb the trunk of the tree, she just does not want me to get up into the small branches and get tangled up; she says she is afraid that I am going to hurt myself but I know that she does not want to have to get the ladder out to rescue me every few minutes. I do love the new leash / run. I don’t like to be out there by myself but this morning it was fine because Donkey was raking in the back yard and I could see him.
At one point this morning I had to sound the alarm! Mom was not aware that she was in danger! She did not see what I saw until she heard the alarm! A long-tailed squirrel was walking across the back yard; his tail was longer than he was! He jumped up on a tree and raced to the top and then disappeared! It is a good thing I warned Mom; those wild animals can hurt you, some of them can bite! They are unpredictable; you never know what they will do next! I heard some of them have rabies too! Danger! Danger! Stay far, far away!
In case you are wondering, I have already had my Rabies shot!
Love, Skeeter
