Praise the Lord! Kandie and I just got back from the doctor’s office and I got my test results.  My doctor gave me a clean bill of health.   He said all the test had come back and he could find nothing wrong with me.  I had an ultrasound of my carotid arteries, echocardiogram of the heart, MRA and two MRIs of my head and neck, one with contrast and one without. My vitamin B12 was low but the rest of my blood work was good.  I could not get the MRIs done when they were first scheduled because the machine went down and I had to reschedule them for Wednesday of this week.  That is why it has taken a while to let you know what has been going on.  We thank all of you for the outpouring of prayers to the Lord on our behalf.

I have talked to the folks in Yendi several times since I have been home.  We are proud that it has finally started to rain.  Timothy, the evangelist, said that the area around his home town of Jargido got some serious rain with straight line winds.  Many of the houses in that area were damaged by the wind.  The church building in Jargido and Binalado were not damaged by the wind but the roof was completely taken off the house of Emmanuel, the evangelist that works in that area.  We are trying to figure out how much money will be needed to repair his house.  Timothy has contacted a carpenter and gotten an estimate.  I will call Mr. Iddrisu tomorrow and get him to give the money for the repairs to Timothy.  Hopefully in the next few days the repairs can be completed.

Once again thank you for your prayers.

In His service,

Steve and Kandie
