We are in a rush but then what’s new?  We just got back in the house after going to the market.  I think I have enough time to get the Notes written before it is time to go to Bible study.  Steve will not have time to send them but he can do that when we get back.  We will eat supper when we get back too.  Today was Yendi’s big market day.  We had Zorash go with us.  We needed her to interpret for us so I could take pictures.  It is rude to take pictures of someone without their permission.  Mostly I do not take pictures of people anyway; I would rather take pictures of things.  The problem is if the camera is pointed in their directions they think their picture is being taken.

Of course while we were taking pictures we took advantage of being in the market and bought tomatoes, ginger and cabbage.  When we dropped Zorash off at her house we picked up the shea butter that she bought for the diaper rash ointment.  While she was carrying one of the containers she slipped on the shea butter that had melted on the floor and fell down flat.  She had shea butter all over the front of her dress, on her face and hands.  She used a knife to scrap the shea butter off her clothes.  Once we found out that she was not hurt we had a good laugh.

This morning we went back to the Town and Country Planning office to talk to the officers about what name to put on the site plan.  We decided that for the time being we were going to leave it blank.  They said they did not need to fill that part of the document immediately.

The electric company went around cutting off the electricity to all the houses in our area that were behind in their payment.  When we stopped by the electric office to recharge our pre-paid meter’s cards the place was crawling with people trying to get reconnected before the office closed for the day.  Zorash’s family house was cut off.  While we were there she talked to the officers and they agreed to turn theirs back on.  Of course everyone has to pay a re-connection fee which is not applied to their bill.

It is time to leave so I will close for now.  Have a great day and please continue to pray for the work.

In His Service,

Steve and Kandie
